Welcome to eWell
Permitting and Reporting System

BSEE is entering the world of online data exchange with business partners across the country. Electronic data submissions are a growing, vital part of the BSEE's mission.

The use of electronic business (E-business) tools will greatly reduce the time involved in processing information, reduce the errors incurred during the data input process, and reduce the overall cost of doing business for both the Oil and Gas Industry and the Federal Government.

Many types of information (business objects) are submitted to the government agency on a daily basis, requiring significant human intervention. Working jointly with industry representatives and other regulatory agencies, BSEE is testing solutions that provide both a standard regulatory reporting format and a more direct interface with our databases.

For eWell user support, call your local BSEE District Office
or the help desk at 1-504-731-1550.

Please log out of eWell if you are going to be away from your computer as the system will automatically time out your session after 30 minutes.

Attention Industry eWell Users: Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is coming to eWell soon. eWell is transitioning to TIMS Web "Single Sign On" Integration. All users are expected to have TIMS Web accounts.

To obtain a TIMS Web account please submit a User Access Request Form. Fully complete, sign, scan and send via email to: BOEM, Adjudication for review and you will be contacted when the account is created with instructions on how to sign in.

You need to login to TIMS Web Portal. Always login through TIMSWeb.

FIRST TIME EWELL LOGIN THROUGH TIMS WEB
If you are logging into eWell for the first time through TIMS Web, use eWell credentials (native login) and you will get a checkbox to link accounts. Check that box. Please make sure you never use a different user's account. The link is permanent.

FUTURE EWELL LOGIN THROUGH TIMS WEB
From then on, login using TIMS Web and use the "Login using TIMS Web Credentials" button and never use the eWell credentials (native login), which will be disabled at the end of December.

AWAITING YOUR TIMS WEB ACCOUNT PROVISIONING TO PROCESS
While your TIMS Web account is being provisioned but you only have your eWell account, then login eWell Industry as you have been doing prior. But this will only work until the end of December. You need to have TIMS Web access done very soon, so you have some extra time needed to link your TIMS Web account to your eWell account before the deadline.
